In order to obtain the Tourist Visa, you must comply with the following: US$40 cash exact change; 3-month valid passport; 3 passport-size, face-front, white-background pictures; bank statements; round-trip ticket; and address, telephone number and name of the person where you will be staying at in Colombia. Please also bring your Green Card (IF APPLICABLE).
 
Additionally, please provide a letter of invitation indicating the duration and purpose of the visit to Colombia, as well as the contact person's name, address and telephone numbers. You must also fill out the application form that is available in this Consulate.
