Of course there is never a charge for conducting our normal business of showing Medellin residential real estate and commercial properties. But in the event specialized services are needed such as airport pickups and deliveries, daytime and night time city tours, assistance with visas and going to DAS, opening up bank accounts, assistance with furnishing and remodeling apartments, country side (finca) and small town tours, etc. I have prepared the following Fee Schedule: Airport pickups: $80,000 pesos - Mazda 3 (up to 3 people with big bags, maybe 4 if they only have carry-on luggage) and $100,000 pesos S.U.V. - (up to 4 people with big bags, maybe 6 if they only have carry-on luggage) Airport pickup fees include stops before your destination to get money at ATM machines or stopping off at a supermarket for provisions. For First American rental apartments rent can also be collected as well as apartment check ins. City Tours of Medellin day or night Up to 4 people: $30,000 pesos per hour (10 % discount after 4 hours and 20% after 8 hours). This price applies for tours to the Lake El Penol, San Jeronimo, Llano Grande, Santa Fe Antioquia, Fredonia or around the city purchasing furniture, setting up bank accounts, or D.A.S. visits for visas, etc. Up to 6 people (S.U.V.): $40,000 pesos per hour (10 % discount after 4 hours and 20% after 8 hours). This price applies for tours to the Lake El Penol, San Jeronimo, Llano Grande, Santa Fe Antioquia, Fredonia or around the city purchasing furniture, setting up bank accounts, or D.A.S. visits for visas, etc. Excursions for more than 6 people can be arranged with a mini-bus and quotes can be given.
