Consumer prices during May likely rose 0.24 percent from April, according to the median forecast in a Bloomberg News survey of 28 economists.

The peso advanced 1.4 percent to 2,057.75 per dollar.

The yield on Colombia’s 11 percent bonds due in July 2020 rose 22 basis points, or 0.22 percentage point, to 9.26 percent, according to Colombia’s stock exchange.
